Reviews and Ratings
I was immediately captivated by the floor-to-ceiling views of Shanghai and the river, although the room showed some age. The front room had a bad odor, possibly from new building materials, and overlooked a construction site. Despite these drawbacks, the room was quite comfortable and spacious, complete with a small walk-in closet.
The hotel rooms are big and well-equipped, although the older style TV and power points were a bit disappointing. Check-in hour at 2 pm is a downside for early arrival. Budget tourists are common here.
The hotel offers top-quality rooms with nice views, though check-in time might be inconvenient. The service is very efficient and friendly, catering to all needs. The location is excellent for car and metro access but a bit distant from the main bund area. The dining options are diverse, catering to various tastes. The facilities are well-appointed with separate glass enclosures but may have some obstruction issues.
The hotel has nice rooms with a bath tub and a spacious bed, but there was a bad odor in the front room, possibly due to new building materials, and construction noise from the site. The check-in time can be inconvenient at 2 pm.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms provide a unique feature with wall-to-ceiling glass overlooking the front side, attracting plenty of budget tourists. However, my room was near the elevator, causing some noise disturbance, and the minimal lighting made the room feel dark.
I found the hotel to be a great spot for budget tourists, with clean and tidy rooms but slightly outdated furniture. Unfortunately, the presence of cockroaches was a downside, along with poor restaurant service and not very helpful concierge.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were smaller than average and dated, with older furniture, plus there was a lingering bad odor in the front room, possibly due to new construction nearby. On the bright side, the hotel is conveniently located, and the dining options are good. However, the service was a bit hit or miss with some efficient responses but also staff that struggled with foreign currencies.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms were clean and nice, although the furniture was a bit vintage. The service was excellent, with staff always available and fast check-in and check-out services. The location was convenient, close enough to walk to key sights. The dining options were good, with many Asian and western choices. Overall, a comfortable stay worth the value.
The hotel has a convenient location in Shanghai for business and leisure, offering clean and comfortable rooms. The service provided us with great assistance, although there was a slight language barrier. The dining options were satisfactory but could include more variety for vegetarians. The facilities met our expectations, contributing to a pleasant stay overall.
The hotel offers very nice and modern rooms that are spacious and equipped with good Wi-fi connection and air conditioning despite showing some age. The breakfast is great, making it convenient for business travelers in Lujiazui. However, there is a slight language barrier issue in communication with the staff.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice and clean, offering a bathtub and a spacious layout, although the furniture looked a bit vintage. The service was satisfactory with helpful staff, although there were some language barriers. The location was convenient, being close to key sights and suitable for both business and leisure in Shanghai. The dining experience was enjoyable, offering a good spread of Asian and Western/Indian foods. Overall, a decent value for money option in the Pudong area.
The hotel has a great location right in front of Metro Pudong Avenue in Shanghai, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The rooms, although already a bit old, offer fantastic views facing Lujiazui. The service is efficient with fast check-in and check-out, but there were communication issues as almost nobody spoke English. The dining experience was exceptional with a variety of Chinese and intercontinental food options. However, the hotel is a little away from the main Bund area, and the entrance is often blocked by cars or taxis, affecting the overall convenience.
The hotel offers very nice rooms, a great breakfast, and is convenient for business in Lujiazui despite a slight smell of smoke. The view from the rooms is amazing.
The hotel has nice windows with 2 single beds but had a bad odor in the front room, possibly due to new building materials, and overlooked a construction site. It has a faint smell reminiscent of an old hotel room.
I was immediately taken back by the floor to ceiling views of Shanghai and the river. The rooms, although somewhat weary, were beautifully decorated with both a bath and shower, providing a great stay with a fantastic view. The service was always helpful and warm, showing a friendliness that was missing at the check-in counter. However, the location, while excellent and offering stunning views, was always blocked by cars or taxis waiting to pick up guests. The dining experience was morally for Chinese, offering one of the best varieties, including intercontinental food, which was a positive surprise. The facilities were top-notch, making the overall experience worthwhile.
